What to do while coming to the hospital

  • Keep your pet as calm and safe as possible during transport.
  • After an injury, move your pet carefully and avoid unnecessary movement.
  • For external bleeding, you can apply gentle pressure with clean cloth or gauze during transport.
  • Do not give human medicines or other treatments without veterinary instructions.
  • If you suspect ingestion of a toxic substance, medicine or object, bring the packaging, a photograph or any available information.
  • Do not induce vomiting unless a veterinarian instructs you to.
  • If possible, call before or during your journey to briefly explain what happened.

In an emergency, the priority is reaching the hospital safely. Do not delay care by trying to solve the problem at home.

Priority depends on the patient’s condition

On arrival, our team will assess how seriously ill or injured the patient is. In urgent situations, care may be prioritized by clinical condition and the need for immediate intervention, rather than solely by arrival time.

Thank you for understanding: prioritizing the patient who needs us most is part of responsible medical care.
